Use this application to renew any existing permit for one additional year from its current expiration date. This request covers the existing approved work. Describe any changes so staff can determine whether a separate application is needed.

The renewal fee is entered by staff after review. You will receive payment instructions using this municipality’s accepted payment methods.

They understand that issuance of this permit creates no legal liability, express or implied, for the Town of Buchanan or RG Inspections LLC. They are responsible for locating and marking all property lines and ensuring that improvements comply with all applicable codes and regulations. Certification: The applicant & landowner certify that the information contained in this form and attachments is true and accurate. I understand that failure to comply with any or all of the provisions of Town of Buchanan Ordinances and/or permit may result in notices, fines / forfeitures, stop work orders, permit revocation, and cease & desist orders.

Permission to Enter Property: The landowner hereby gives the permit authority permission to enter and inspect the property to evaluate this permit application, to determine compliance with the ordinances, and to perform corrective actions after issuing proper notice to the landowner.

Permission to Apply: An applicant who is not the land owner and applying on behalf of the property owner certifies they have permission from the property owner to apply on their behalf.
